[Collins] KWM-2 relays

Price quote for relay install is only one cost. Did the rig work before
relays were cut out?  Why were they cut out? Perhaps to hide other problems?
I have seen this happen in several instances of  Collins and other equipment
that we have repaired for "small problems".  If you cannot find someone
closer we can talk!!

Good evening to the group,
 
I have a winged emblem KWM-2A that had the soldered in relays in it.   A 
previous owner has cut them out.  I have the plug in relay conversion kit
that I got from Surplus Sales.  Due to arthritis and other medical
problems, I am not able to install the new relays.  Is there anyone out
there that can do this for me?  Please send me your price for doing  this.
I heard that Dennis Brothers does this but I have not been able to  get him
on the phone.  
I don't have his email.
