[Collins] KWS-1 key

Cole RO9 is an uncut key blank cut by the key shop or key department in 
the hardware store. Its a copy, not an original. I have several Cole 
keys on my key ring for camper and truck topper. With that blank in hand 
and the lock apart I'm sure I could make a working key in less than an 
hour. A locksmith with the right tools should take 5 minutes.
