[Collins] WTD 75S series function switch

List traffic is really slow, taking a week or more to be approved. Makes 
for much less traffic. I did have one request off list for vintage 
Collins rigs with absolutely no solid state wishing to be sure to 
survive EMP, but there isn't any thing for SSB without rectifiers if 
only seleniium. Working on gear for 24 GHz and for 10 GHz rover station 
testing, a presention to be be made in about 3 weeks at NLRS Aurora.
