[Collins] swamping tool on KWM-2

Without grid current, look at plate current. Its more sensitive to drive 
especially when not getting grid current. It will peak just like grid 
current on a whisper of signal.

Alternatively look at the transverter output jack (labeled "CONV") with 
a scope or RF VTVM, or the power output to the dummy load or with scope 
or RF probe for greater sensitivity.

Its not very easy to get that bandpass coupler aligned properly without 
the loading.

The same bandpass coupler is in the 75S receivers so an alternative 
would be to align it on receive, same way.
