The revised link works. Thanks for making this available. Very interesting. Since the manuals I have are silent on error bounds, I had assumed it was about 10% full scale. With devices like the LP-100A and others that are readily available today, it isn't too hard to beat the Bird 43 and get into the 3-4 % of reading range without calibrated/certified attenuators and lab grade power meters. Of course, sufficiently stable 500 Watt sources for performing the high power scale calibration may still be a challenge.
