I don't have anyh documentation to know the complexity. I can imagine
considerable complexity, not far from the 516F-2 cable. With switching
in the 62S-1.
I've thought that one might find adequate stranded wire (with 1 KV
insulation for the PA plate voltage) off the shelf and make a bundle
using flexible heat shrink tubing to keep the bundle compact as
possible. Using multiple conductors for the high current 6.3 volt heater
circuits makes the cable more flexible. I've not for sure identified a
gray color heat shrink tubing that is still flexible after shrinking at
a practical price.

We need a time machine or a shop full of knowledgeable slaves.
