The St. James gray paint is basically black with just a "touch" of gold.  If you can't find a spray can, the Sherwin-Williams formula, which any paint store can duplicate, is in the article at

Dear collins collegues: I am looking for a can or 1/2 can spray paint for the cabinet of a 32-V collins
