[Collins] Bucking transformer for 30S-1 finished!

The bucked voltage should be equal to the transformers secondary voltage or
am I misunderstanding how you wired it?
Ive been using that method for several decades to keep equipmant cool and
reliable. For the 30S1 220V should be well withing its operating range.
