[Collins] 30L-1 Electrolytics

Well, Vishay/Sprague still makes the Atoms and I still buy them. I don't 
like using them when more than two years since they were made, most 
electrolytics loose voltage capability as they sit without applied 
voltage. And I despise cleaning up after they explode.
