All hardware is stainless steel. Always phillips head. As an aside, its
beneficial to tighten all the screws at ground lugs and tube sockets to
break down accumulated oxides.

Service Information letters 1007 and 1011. Available at:
http://collinsra.com/sb/index.html#SIL

The latest manual available on line shows more details of that assembly
and has mechanical parts in the parts list.

There is the index with adjustment gear and knob.

There are two dials, one connected to the PTO shaft and the mask that
turns at a different speed with gear teeth on their edges, different
numbers of gear teeth and an idler gear to make them turn at different
rates.

Surplus Sales of Nebraska may have some of the knobs and parts though
they often think they are gold plated or solid gold.
http://www.surplussales.com There are some available through the Collins
Radio Association at http:/collinsra.com
