[Collins] re swapping front panel on kwm-2a

Look up the service bulletin or letter on adjusting the dial, ASAB1007. 
Then take off all the knobs and unwire the meter and remove it. Then 
take off the nuts on the control and switch shafts that hold the front 
panel in place, maybe the screws for the escutcheon too. The meter nuts 
will require a slim and short 1/4" nut driver, there are four. ASAB1007 
will help with the dial parts adjustment on reassembly.
