I much prefer vacuuming to blowing dirt in a radio. I use a milker
inflation from the farm store to adapt the vac hose down to about 1/2"
outside diameter and a 1/2" wide paint brush to loosen caked on dirt.
They do make micro cleaning adapters for some vacuum hoses these days.

The problem with blowing it is will put the dirt out of sight but in
places that don't benefit from the dirt.
