[Collins] Looking for hobbyists to oprate the 671U-4A tranceiver

Hi! All,
I am looking for hobbyists to enjoy modifying the 671U-4A unit 
in order to handle it like ham radio usage with convenient operations.

I need to attach a S meter, a knob for adjusting the time slice of AGC, 
a knob for pass-band tuning so and so.

Does anyone send me your experience to make an attractive control panel with
them? Will you let me know performance of your project?
