[Collins] KWM-1 neutralization procedure

U-2 spyplanes and why it was unlikely that a KWM-1 was ever installed in a
U-2.

U-2s of the 4080th SRW at Davis Monthan AFB had KWM-1s which were mounted
behind the pilot. They had standard, not reversed nomenclature. Missing were
the PTO and it's knob as well as some other parts. Fixed freqs were the
order. With the addition of approx two or three dozen parts, passive
components and mechanical things, they could be rebuilt back into an amateur
KWM-1. I have seen this and have held one, removed from one of the 4080th
aircraft, in my hands.
