[Collins] KWM-1 neutralization procedure

Yes, that's understood Ron, and I have neutralized many a rig over the 
years, but specifically there are three neutralizing caps on the KWM-1 and 
I'm seeking a specific procedure from someone who may have had experience 
with the rig.
