[Collins] KWM-2A 2 repairs & difficulties (longish)

Hi agn,
	It took 16 hrs for my msg to go thru the reflector, for some reason it 
didn't get "approved" for that long.  It seemed like the server was down 
all day.
	I did the audio job without any suggestions.  Not to Art Collins' rules 
of soldered connections, but it's solid and looks OK.
	The AVC is better, but still not right, with the RF gain ctrl fully 
CCW, the S-meter reads about S-5 instead of full scale.  Thoughts on 
that will be appreciated.
