[Collins] re zener diode mod re pto on kwm2

Hi Folks,
This mod was also written up in The Signal, CCA newsletter, in 4th qtr
2001. I was pointed to that a few months ago by K5LYN, as he noted my
"new" KWM-2 had the problem. This writeup doesn't use the added choke &
capacitors that Jerry's ref. does, but it works OK for me. It removes
R131, puts the zener essentially in it's place, and then uses a 470/1/2w
resistor from the zener to the PTO.
