[Collins] Wanted: tuning slug for 75S-3

Only the most recent manuals include a complete mechanical parts list.
The one for the 75S3B/C says all three slugs in the receiver are the
same part number 288-2214-000 while the latest 32S3A manual shows all 5
are the same but a different part number. I'd have thought them to be
the same UNLESS they varied over the history of the radios.
