[Collins] Tool ID

The S-line, and 51J used as many as four different spline wrenches, a 
small one four spline the others 6 spline. Most radio manuals mention 
tools but don't list them as parts by part number. The 544 number prefix 
indicates a Collins fabricated part.

Rooting back in my archives where I rooted further back I see this post:

You should be able to tell the differences in sizes (outside of the 
splines) with a vernier caliper or dial caliper or micrometer or a good 
ruler with fine graduations.
