I searched all the downloaded manual sections and I didn't find a
picture of J102. The scans left the bottom corners of the back all
black. All I learn from the parts list is that its a 372-1079-00 on the
chassis, and I saw in section 1 there was a cable offered to mate with
it original. Are there any marks on the connector itself? Like a maker's
name and part number? Not having that cable or connector could be a
serious stumbling block to using the rig these days.
I wished it was a 15 pin 300 series Jones, that those have three rows of
flat pins and the description is one row of round pins.
Maybe the sockets take standard diameter pins, like those from an octal
tube base or a mil spec connector or a miniature tube pin, just a hair
over 1mm. I guess I'd try 1mm, .040", .063" and the octal tube pin sized
pin.
