[Collins] problems with kws-1 tx audio

After assembling a few pages of schematic from a .pdf file so I can
trace circuits, it looks to me as if the ground connection to the audio
output tube cathode V102A (pin3) that's supposed to be through the
common wiper of pin 1 of S101C (mode switch) front is missing. That's
supposed to be grounding out VOX circuits in cals and CW. With that
common wiper circuit open only the test key is grounding those and as a
side effect ground the cathode of that audio output tube. The circuits
are mingled on that switch wafer so that it unhooks the ground to that
audio tube for CW and ST BY modes.
