Speaking of blowers and such:

Is there anyway to determine if the blower is running at proper speed?  The 
KWS-1 that's slowly coming out of a long slumber  here has a working 
standard KWS-1 blower but it comes up to a maxium speed after about 1 minute 
of turning. No squealing at all.  It makes me wonder if  that's normal or 
should I replace/repair the blower itself.
Your thoughts?
