[Collins] 30L-1 power switch

There ought to be a good replacement rocker switch around. Can you get 
to the original switch to find a maker and part number? Otherwise you 
need the dimensions and the mounting and to go searching in catalogs 
like Newark, Mouser, and Digi-Key.

I've checked the 30L-1 manuals and they aren't significant help.
