[Collins] screws for bottom cover of 75A4

Hi Fern,

The screws were NOT self tapping!

The correct screws are black 6-32 in either a 5/16" or 3/8" length.  The 
chassis uses inserts in the outer panels and tapped holes in the center 
partition tabs.

This is my opinion.
