Be sure that the pins on one side of the connector can move for
alignment. If the pins in the radio have a bit of motion that's fine to
epoxy the pins in the plex. And you might find lexan a better material
that plex to stand up to soldering heat unless you solder the cable
wires to the pins before applying the epoxy. The coax will be the tough
one, unless you pay more than the bid price of the one on epay or the
next one that seller puts up. There surely is a Cannon number for the
part, though it might be a special. I've not had time to go to the old
catalogs in the attic to search and won't have that time for another
day.
