[Collins] Help ID Filter Please?

Isn't DLA900-84-M-KB20 the contract ID for
the USG purchase of these filters?

FSCM - Federal Supply Code for Manufacturers
or Federal Stock/Supply Classification/Code 
for Manufacturers depending on the reference.  

This has been replaced by CAGE - Commercial 
and Government Entity (CAGE.

2X491 appears to be Collins Rockwell Filter
Prodcuts Division.
