Lots of contacts there. Two sets in series for switching the HV primary.
Might be a cobble to use just one set of those, though the pair may arc
a bit more when opening than two. This style of relay doesn't make big
gaps at the open contacts. One of its failings, but it can be fairly
quiet. Its called a short form telephone type relay.
The relay is run by a resistive divider from the +240 volt supply, so it
wouldn't be hard to modify the divider to use a 24 volt or 110 volt DC
relay coil if you can find something with enough contacts and adequate
contact voltage capabilities. If it was me, I'd go to an armature type
relay that has bigger contact gaps, maybe something in the old P&B KHP
family with 110 volt DC coil rating. It wouldn't be original but it
would run for a long time.
