If it has the front panel Break-In switch it is the contract "Order
25635-Phila-53-36"
R-388's were serialized sequentially, for the most part, by Collins by paint
under the tag and also stamped in the chassis rear. Production runs started
over with each contract # and those are what went on the tag.
