[Collins] R-390A frequency measurement - in service

Frank,
If you only count the PTO then you will have to guesstimate
the heterodyne oscillator frequencies
To use a counter directly requires mixing all the oscillators and reading 
the resultant output.

A few pf of capacitance should couple enough RF to count the PTO output.
