Surplus Sales of Nebraska claims to have some. Though what they have is
for the 32S and has a different part number than the 30L-1 manuals I've
checked. The contacts are rated at 2 amps which is enough for 100 watts
at 50 ohms, but I think a relay with 5 amp contacts is needed to handle
the output of the 30L-1.

There used to be open relays commonly stocked, but I'm not finding them
at Mouser or Digi-Key. There is an Omron at Mouser that is close, but
enclosed. Omron LY2-DC100/110 with 10 amp contacts would be good if it
will fit for $6.97. A P&B K10P-11D15-110 has a better chance of fitting
though it has 15 amp contacts for $8.18. These enclosed relays prefer to
use a socket but can be soldered in place. Mounting might have to be
improvised. Similar relays can be had with flanges on the plastic case
but they are on the wrong end to fit the 30L-1, I think. A socket on an
angle bracket might work nicest.
