[Collins] Looking for a small parts refinisher

Has anyone found a source for refinishing small parts?
The hold-down clips on my A4's filters could use replatingor recoating.  I think the plating is chrome.  I'd also like to get the screws tack welded on the clips so that reinstallation is a bit easier.  Any suggestions to a shopthat can mix in small jobs without making it a big deal?
