[Collins] Meter repair

Good afternoon to the group,  


I have a 51S-1 that the meter sticks about 3/4 of the way up.  I took  it 
to a local watchmaker and he couldn't fix it but said that everything looked  
OK and nothing was broken.  Is there anyone out there who does meter  
repair?
