[Collins] 32V2 relay issues MORE

Just a quick update on the 32V2 situation: I put an electrolytic cap
in parallel to the 5000 ohm resistor - R310 - in the voltage divider
(the one which is connected in parallel with the relay coil when the
relay is turned on). Thus it charges up to the R309/R310 voltage
divider voltage in reference to ground, to around 110 V (with the
relay off) and when the "cold" end of the relay coil is grounded, it
keeps the initial relay voltage at that level as the relay is
energized, providing enough "kick" for the recalcitrant relay to
activate. The cap of course quickly discharges to the relay voltage of
around 50 V. Once energized, he relay holds closed until released by
the HV or PTT switch.
It works reliably this way. I'll leave the capacitor in the circuit for now.
Otherwise the 32V2 works flawlessly.

Thanks for all the suggestions from all who chimed in.
