[Collins] 32V2 relay issues

Springs, lever friction and contact spacings and cleanliness are important
too. Lots of stuff I fix here has old relays
that need cleaning and adjusting.
The way I would approach this one is remove the relay from the rig and run
it up with a magnifying glass and bright light. This is assuming that the
power to the relay is correct when it's wired to the radio.
The worst one for me was an NCX 5 I did years ago. National turned the
multi-function relay on during receive and off in transmit. That caused the
relay poles to bend like leaves of grass, killing off the relay function.
Precision re-aligment fixed the relay and saved the radio.
