I couldn't find 9230/1 in the 1963 vintage mechanical filter catalog or
at Surplus sales. I did find 9130/1 described as a USB/LSB pair with 250
KHz carrier both places. 

I just checked, I have a pair of C cased filters without Collins part
numbers but marked USB and LSB. The one I checked is about 455 KHz, so
they aren't what you wish.
