It all depends on what you want!  The 312B-5 is nice because of the extra PTO as well as the wattmeter.  The 312B-4 is nice because of the wattmeter.  However, if all you want is the speaker, then the 312B-3 will work fine.

Of course you could do what thousands of people have done and that is to install a speaker in your 516F-2 power supply.  Not "factory", but there is plenty of room in the 516F-2 and the unit already has the perforated front panel.
