Congratulations Frank on your new acquisition. The absolute best microphone to use with your 32S3 is a shure 444 high impedance dynamic microphone. Although that microphone is not a current product available from Shure, you can find those at flea market or on the internet for prices ranging from $20 to $60 or so. The earlier version was a grey colour while the later version called the 444D was black in color and both versions were available with the dual impedance option which had a slide switch located underneath the base assembly to do the selection. 73 from Fern VE7GZ
