[Collins] How to exchange a new inlay for the main tuning knob of 851S-1

Dear list member,

I wish to know how to exchange the inlay for a main tuning knob of 851S-1.
Because the screw pin on the knob refuses to remove the inlay.

Does anyone teach me the way to remove the screw pin from the knob?
