[Collins] Test messages

All,

This list is moderated, meaning that posts have to be approved before 
they get sent out to the list.

Test messages and other posts I deem worthy get sent to the bit bucket.

I have always attempted to keep this Collins list at a VERY high signal 
to noise ratio.

In the past it seemed that most list users approved.

The only reason I am addressing it now is that one of the FEW users who 
is unmoderated decided to send a test message.

All is well...Carry on...
