[Collins] The Collins Communication Van

Hello.

Attended Pacificon this weekend and

was happily surprised to have spied the Van.

Jim, WA3CEX gave a speech on Collins receivers and

had brought the Van for display. Nice to see it

close up rather than from pictures in the Signal.

Nor have I had the pleasure to attend a Dayton

to have seen it.


Great talk from what I perceived as a serious collector.

Comparatively, makes my M2 and R390A child toys..hi.

Hopefully, he can make a youtube video for the others.


I needed this shot in the arm to get myself organized.

I've been straying away from Collins and into

other stuff. Kind of bad timing on my part to start

jettison my non Collins stuff.



from a naive member who hasn't seen much up close.
