I believe that part is the 4 diode "ring" assembly.  You can make a replacement using 4 schottky diodes and a small piece of "perf board" for around a dollar or two.  Remember that thousands of KWM-2 series and 32S- series units had individual diodes instead of the little "potted" component.

I have done such when upgrading the very early units that had only the 2-diode balanced modulator to the better 4-diode version.
