Surplus Sales of Nebraska has had them. But their list I just checked
has no ham band crystals below 29 MHz.
International Crystals of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma can make them for a
price.
Burghardt Amateur Center at Watertown, South Dakota has some. Here's
their current list:

For the lower bands (below 14 MHz) the crystal frequency is 3.155 MHz above the lower band edge.
For the upper bands the crystal frequency is half that. So none of these is a useful ham band
frequency.
There isn't much exotic about the crystal except for the frequency. Fundamental, HC-6U case, parallel
probably 20 pf parallel C.
If you run transceive you use only the receiver crystals and need none in the transmitter. That
limits DX chasing splits to within the 200 KHz.
