[Collins] KWM-2A Panel Restoration?

I believe that there is a company in Japan that is making new overlays for the various Collins S-Line / KWM-2 series.  As far as I know no one is just silkscreening old panels.

I did a "google" on Collins S-Line overlays and could not find the Japanese source for overlays.  Possibly someone here on the reflector has the information.
