[Collins] 70K-2 PTO CORE Question

Got the bearing that I needed from CRA and appreciate David's help with that.  Now that I got a chance to get back to cleaning and putting the PTO back together I find that the core is spining on the screw and on catching about 25 % of the time.

Here's my question is then anyway to restore the threads in the core or does anyone have one they my be willing to part with, or even a whole PTO if that is what it takes.
