There used to be a shop in Texas that rewound them and made new ones. I
believe he closed down due to health problems.
I'd look at Hammond transformer for a choke of similar rating and size
and maybe shuffle case and mounting pieces. I suspect the core and coil
were standard with a custom case and mounting.
There may be used ones around, but I don't have any.
With core and the old winding in hand, rewinding is not impossibly
difficult.
