The RV4N military series, when they will fit, are probably the best
possible replacement pots.

Mouser shows some on line, but none in stock. Digi-key shows some in
stock. The most recent catalog mailed from Jameco shows them also. Many
are shown in stock in their on-line store. Allied and Newark probably
have them in stock.
