In the spring of 1964, my boss, Lloyd Winter, at Collins caught me in
the Texas high power transmitter lab drooling over a 51S-1. I told him I
was wanting a receiver. He said, "I was in charge of the S-line and the
51S-1. Go buy a 75S-3B or C and a crystal pack, its a better receiver."
