Thanks to all that have replied to this post. Considering the accuracy 
of the watt meter, 20% full scale, I am going to leave it alone. The 
tune up tips for the coupler I will put in the service files. I have 
been using an Collins DL-1 dummy load and don't have a way to check for 
any reactive component. Any reactive component would give a false power 
reading, (higher), using the HP 410C. As usual the reflector has been a 
great source of information, thank again....
