[Collins] KWM-2 series manuals - The List

FYI...

Should anyone be interested, Collins publish three core editions of KWM-2
series manuals. (But more importantly, it proves that the documentation
division was paid on the 1st and the 15th of the month!)

Source: Collins Tech Service binder, index sheet, Harrison Radio Corp. Dated
1976 (1979 copy of). 

Should anyone find this in error, or a missing entry, please let me know. In
addition, a hand written notation indicates that various reprints existed
such as "...4th edition, second printing." I'll assume they were just
reprints and did not support any documentation or circuit revisions, not
that it matters.
