[Collins] SB 8(C) for KWM-2

Gents:

I am doing service bulletins 8 (A), (B), and (C) to a WE, 1963 vintage KWM-2.  All has gone well until I reached SB 8(C).  Step (h) in SB 8(C) is as follows:  "Of the two white-green-blue wires connected to E40-I, disconnect, tape, and tie back the one showing continuity to the wire on TS11-1."  Here's the problem:  I have only one white-green-blue wire connected to terminal E40-I.  It shows continuity to the wire connected to TS11-1 (formerly connected to TS8-1).  I'm stumped.  Any suggestions?
